In the summer of 2023, we quietly began a trial flock of sheep to see how another addition of livestock would compliment our enterprises. We are now pleased to offer grassfed lamb, as the early experiment exceeded expectations for both our pastures and for our taste buds.
Our lamb is raised entirely on a diet of pasture and forage, which provides tender muscle and flavorful fat in the meat. We raise traditional Dorset sheep that are perfectly suited to the climate of our farm,
Our next group of lambs will be available for order in October 2024. Individual cuts will be available, and we will also take orders for whole and half lambs.
