Ribeye/Delmonico – two/pkg

If you’re all about the marbling, this is YOUR steak.  A beef carcass is judged by how marbled the rib eye steaks are.  Our steaks are boneless, 1.5" thick. Ribeyes  are known for their more intense beef-y flavor.  The marbling makes this meat more satiating, so you’ll likely eat less.  Season simply with salt and pepper.
